A brief introduction to art by NICK ROWLAND

I would nowadays describe my work as “Avant Garde” (the application of new techniques) and modernistic (the deliberate departure from tradition) approach. I work mostly in acrylics and sometimes collage on canvas and see my work as a constant exploration of tone colour, contrast, shape and form.
